We received the above reference claim and tried to access it on your website without success.
There were two different reservations for stays on Sept 12 and 13. The first (9/12) was paid by the deposit provided to Kayak. The second night...

(9/13) was erroneously charged to Mr. [redacted]'s card which was provided to us upon check in. On September 23, this was reversed and a credit of $173.51 was applied and Ms. [redacted]'s card charged as requested.

Thank you again for assisting me with this matter. Alas, Sheraton Hotels and Resorts is too big a business to consider insignificant complaints. I asked for contact by business and billing adjustment: apologize, cancel all charges and refund my son all bank fees associated with the unauthorized use of his debit card and they responded with a copy of invoice.
Invoice copy presented by Sheraton Hotels and Resorts does not reflect accurately the state of occurrences. Actually, the hotel charged three (and not two) cards for 173.51, only one of which was authorized!! This was confirmed via an email to me and by office manager, Cindy Chinet, who also promised a refund for $21.74 (movie) and $59.28 (parking) due to faulty billing procedures. In addition, my son paid $34.00 bank fees for their unauthorized use of his debit card.
Sheraton Hotels and Resorts has my phone number. I am still waiting for their phone call. Shame on them!
