This was confirmed via an email to me and by office manager, Cindy Chinet, who also promised a refund for $(movie) and $(parking) due to faulty billing proceduresIn addition, my son paid $bank fees for their unauthorized use of his debit card Sheraton Hotels and Resorts has my phone numberI am still waiting for their phone callShame on them!
