Sheppard Appliance Repair

I had appliances that were supposed to be repaired in February. The technician did not repair them as they continue with the same problem & he no longer works for the company. Another technician came after multiple calls to the company & submitted his own report. I have called the company & been told numerous times I will get a call back, yet don't. My machine is still not repaired.
