In reviewing the order, this customer is correct, the order was canceled. At the time the order is placed, an authorization is obtained. However, we do not bill the customer until the item is shipped. Since this item was canceled, this customer was never billed for the item
that was order. The authorization would have eventually fallen off of the customer’s account and the funds would have been returned to his account
