Sheplers Western Wear drafted my bank account, twice, for the same purchase of product that I still have not received. The order never shipped to me do to a problem on Sheplers end and was returned back to Sheplers. After several phone calls and emails, I was guaranteed next day delivery for my purchase, a credit was to be issued to my bank account for the original order and in turn a new order was shipping out with guaranteed next day delivery and a new draft would hit my account. I have not received my product or the credit to my bank account. Instead, I have had my account charged twice, no product and staff and management that refuse to help.
