Response: This client was in contact with SellerCloud on September 9th they agreed to settle with a refund them $3500. They were immediately refunded. That amount is the total that SellerCloud ever charged the client. It is clear that SellerCloud is not a good match for this client for various reasons, and everyone is ready to move on. The was switching from another inventory management provider to SellerCloud but didn't turn off the settings on the previous provider. As a result, inventory was being managed by two systems and one system was overwriting the other. SellerCloud recommends that their new clients disconnect any previous software from controlling their inventory on [redacted], to prevent any conflicts and this is discussed in our documentation here: http://wiki.sellercloud.com/home/definitions/third-party-authorizations In this case, they had items listed as unavailable in SellerCloud, so SellerCloud kept on removing the items from [redacted] while the old provider kept on relisting them onto [redacted]. In fact, all of the [redacted] insertion fees were related ti their previous provider that actually was listing the items on [redacted] over and over again. The customer didn't realize that their [redacted] account had over 200,000 listings posted until they got their bill from [redacted] at the end of the month. Apparently [redacted] didn't refund these fees and neither did their old provider, and ultimately they requested that SellerCloud compensate them for it. As soon as we were notified and were able to investigate the issue we issued a full refund to the customer for all fees that SellerCloud ever collected from them. We recommended that they speak to their old provider and ask them to advocate for them to have [redacted] refund the insertion fees.
