Review: I have been using this cleaners for some time and giving them business. On June [redacted] I received my dress completely destroyed and when I came back to show to the owner, she was so rude instead of apologetic. She was telling me that since it was a few days once they dropped the dress, I torn or it looks like the dog did. I said I don't have a dog and was shocked with her comments and decided to make a complain to Revdex.com . I came to notify her about it, hoping she will apologies and at least offer me some credit. I couldn't believe what she did when I suggested that. She started to scream and mocking me and acting an [redacted] and saying that I did it on purpose. It's outrageous and I believe she should be punish for it.Desired Settlement: $200 and apologies.
