Review: Received a bill in November 2013 for services that insurance did not covered from physical therapy done in the first 3 months of 2012. The balance due was $381.81. I called to set up a payment plan of $25.00 per month, which I have paid every month and my balance shows $106.81. I now receive another statement 09/05/2014 showing a balance of $363.17. I called to inquire why the statement does not show the amount that I have been which is now $300.00 and how my balance is $363.17. I wanted to know the beginning balance and I was told that they didn't know the beginning balance. My question to them was then how do I know how much was paid and why is it taken so long for these bills to come to me. I feel that I am paying the balance of what my insurance did not cover. Could you please look into this, as I Feel like I am billed twice for this service. If these companies can not bill insurance companies after a year. How is the customer billed 3 yrs later without proof the insurance paid or didn't pay.Desired Settlement: Provide me with the beginning balance and show statements that payments have been received, with the ending balance.
