Hello, Thank You, Ms***I see their dainty explanation of "confusion", and "giving the patients the benefit of the doubt"What TRASH! They had the intent of defrauding us from the very start WHY didn't they tell us, from the very FIRST phone call, of what procedures we had to have done, and when we said we had *** ins., that they SHOULD HAVE SAID, "we're sorry, we'd like to help you, but we don't work with ***" NO, they went on and scheduled us for the preliminary consultations, in the office, and that's where the charges are coming fromThey took our $copays, total of $90, took our *** inscards, ran them thru their machines, then scheduled the procedure for me on 10/18/16, and my wife's later on( YOU KNOW GOOD AND WELL THAT WHEN THEY RAN THOSE CARDS, A RED FLAG CAME UP TO THEM, BUT THEY IGNORED IT!!) Then we received an EOB from our *** , saying they didn't cover any of it, because SVG isn't someone *** works withWe also got a bill from SVG, of the REMAINING CHARGES from the office consultations, of $for me, and $for my wifeI called ***, and asked why they didn't cover anything, and *** said that SVG didn't belong to the network of ***, because they weren't part of ***'s system*** said that SVG SHOULD HAVE TOLD US ABOUT THIS That's when I called SVG asked them what was going on, and they keep uh.....uh...ah..well...we.....uh....That's when I told them that *** said they, (SVG), weren't part of the system, and SVG denied it, saying they wereI called *** back and *** said "Ask them if You, (I) came to the office, and asked to see the certification from ***, to SVG, saying that *** and SVG worked together, could I see itSo I called back to SVG, told them that, they get all MAD, knowing I've already smelled out a RATThe "supposed" office manager gets on the phone: all this, and all that and la-de-da, and we owe the moneyI TOLD HER THEY WERE FRAUDS, WHY DID THEY TAKE US AS PATIENTS WHEN THEY KNEW SVG DID NOT WORK WITH ***, AND THEN SHE CHANGED HER TUNE AND SAID SHE WOULD WRITE OFF THE REST OF THE BILLS! I told her that if we had gone thru with the procedures, we would have been responsible for the WHOLE BILLS On their bills they sent us, they printed on there that *** had put an "adjustment" on there of $for my bill, and of $on my wife's billTHAT'S FRAUD! When they use an Insco.'s name on a bill, that that Inscodoesn't even DEAL WITH THEM, that's FRAUDBesides, my gracious, the bills were OUTRAGEOUS to start withWe went in the office together, because we both needed a colonoscopy, same procedure, different daysWe're both in there together, for minutes, and my bill was $300, and my wife's was $WHAT!??! I'd like to know how valuable the doc thinks MY time is worth, fighting this GRAFT AND FRAUD, PUTTING UP WITH INCOMPETENT "STAFF" !! Is his staff so incompetent to keep this from him, or is he in on the fraud?? I WANT MY $BACK!!!!!!!!! Ms***: I have a printer that scans, and if I can scan the bills from doc's office to us, can You provide me with an e-mail address to send them to You?
