Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There was no resolution offered by the businessThe business owner represented that we was selling us a purebred dog...of months old at time of purchaseHowever she has proven to be unwilling to provide the AKC registration papers or the dogs pedigreeThis is what we wantWithout these she has pulled a bait and switch and sold us a very expensive "pound dog"It it is interesting that Ms [redacted] says that we haven't provided her with the Heath exam from our vetWe would have been happy to provide it to her had she only asked or responded to our emails, phone calls, and letters that were all sent to her prior to our filing the complaint with the Revdex.comWe will be happy to provide her with the report when she provides us with the purchase contract she promised ( with the three year health guarantee), the dogs pedigree, and AKC registration papers Regards, [redacted]
I recently sold a young purebred dog to an attorney and his wife. This dog was completely healthy at time of sale. No contract was given at the time of purchase. The new owner never sent a copy of the
health exam to me as I requested at time of purchase. This man's veterinarian apparently found two supposed problems of temporary and minor natureOne problem was an "ear infection" which the dog did not have. This dog may have had some ear wax but that should not be considered an "infection." My dogs are regularly treated with Revolution which is a top spot and it prevents ear mites. The other was a finding of "giardia" for which my dogs are NOT infected. They are dewormed appropriately with Panacur as a regular course of treatment anyway, which precludes that problem. I explained that this dog was approximately ten months of age at the time of purchase. This dog's age was properly and truthfully represented

Review: On September 6, 2014, We met [redacted] of Shenandoah Cavaliers at a restaurant near her mother's home to purchase a pure bred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We selected a puppy that [redacted] represented was 6.5 months old. [redacted] stated that her printer was broken that morning, so she was unable to provide us with any paperwork at that time, but that she would get it to us as soon as possible. After multiple phone calls and emails, I was able to get her to provide me with a copy of the puppy's rabies vaccination, but that was all. From this we were able to determine that the puppy's age had been misrepresented...he's actually 8 months old. In addition, because we were not provided with the paperwork on other immunizations as requested, we have had to incur over $400 in vet bills to get the puppy healthy. He had infections in his ears and giardia that we were not informed of by [redacted]. We have sent multiple emails and letters since then requesting the contract documents and [redacted] papers for the dog. We have received nothing...only an email saying that we would not receive anything until the puppy was 14 months old, and we could prove that the puppy had not been neutered. This was not our agreement and was not mentioned during any of the phone conversations and emails we had prior to meeting on the 6th or on the 6th. We agreed to pay for the puppy in cash, so we have no way of stopping payment to hold as leverage to get [redacted] to uphold her portion of the contract.Desired Settlement: We want the executed sales contract with the stated health guarantee and [redacted] papers for the puppy, or we want a refund of the ¾ of the purchase price. We paid for a pure bred [redacted] puppy without the papers the puppy is not worth the purchase price paid. We are not willing to wait until the puppy is 14 months old to receive the documents.
