BEWARE! Utterly unprofessional and deceitful. It took several days of MY calling over the span of two weeks to get a salvage appraisal and come to an agreement. Then, when the time actually came to complete the NEGOTIATED transaction, Shenandoah Auto Salvage BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL ON-SITE after having me drive 35 minutes! Adding further insult to injury, an employee by the name of "B" LIED (saying that I had not divulged the mileage) to excuse the company's non-performance.
