Review: I placed and order on March 31st 2013 in the total amount of $131.00. After six weeks, I still have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails and phone call without any reply.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for my purchase.

We received this order but had not received a notification of payment. Upon review we found that the customer had made payment but a notification by our payment service had not been received by email and therefore, we thought the customer had not issued payment. Once we found the payment, we contacted the customer and as agreed with the customer, we shipped out their product.

Review: I purchased an item from shenmartialarts.com on May 13th. As of today , I have not received my purchased item. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I called the number on the website and spoke with a lady. I had a bad feeling when she apologized, stating she had just gotten a new job. She said she would look into my order and get back to me. I never received any email or call back. I called again and received voice mail. Left a message but no response.
