As a follow up to my review a little over a year ago, Ryan came out and repaired the failed section of the wall I am fine with the work For anyone looking to hire Ryan, his company does beautiful workWe just had a small problem and had some difficulty getting him scheduled to come back outHe was too busyEventually it was fixed and we are happy I would not hesitate to recommend Shems Landscaping fornditire work

Built a retaining wall The wall was very nice, but they cut an electrical line and a cable line and refused to pay for the damages They had called a locating service, but the electrical line was not marked, and the cable line was I ended up paying for the electrician out of pocket

Ryan's company built a very nice wall for us Wall failed in one area We called him over a year ago to come take a look He has been out here twice Last time was early this summer when he stated " wonder why we did it that way, it was clearly wrong" We will work you into schedule later this summer Right now real busy in LeClaire Well it's fall and Ryan won't respond to us Texted yesterday and he asked who this is, when told who it was he stopped answering
