included structural damage as wellThe total cost repairs were north of five thousand dollarsThe vehicle was received on 6/8/The customer did not give authorization to start repairs until 6/15/We left messages on 6/8, 6/10, 6/13, and again on 6/attempting to attain authorizationThe repair was completed in ten business daysParts and supplemental damage take time to process and both require approval from the insurance company Given the inherent delays associated with collision repairs, we believe the vehicle was completed in a timely fashionWe also believe that there was no negligence on our behalf and that no settlement is due.
