Review: We purchased a 14X32X12 from [redacted] in September 2015 we received it within a weeks time. When we opened the box and took out all the pieces to put it up there where no bolts. We called th costmer service and we were told they would ship them overnight....well, a week later we recieved the bolts. In the mean time my husband had to run to [redacted] to buy new bolts totaling $50.00 on top of the 800 we already paid so we could continue with putting it together, since it could be snowing in our area any day . We proceeded to get the frame up and the brackets that you put on the ends where the wrong size. So once again we called Customer Service and they had to ship us overnight the right brackets. So now we are a week and half into putting this thing together and all the pieces are laying in the yard and it has rained So our new 800 dollar shleter looks like CRAP! So here we go again we are now on to the next step... we are going to put the end pieces on so we can get this thing up before winter. And wouldn't ya know it.... they are a foot to short. REALLY??? Where is the quality control within your company. So once again we call customer service we jumped through all the hoops sent pictures and part numbers and talked to numerous representative all promising to call us back. And as of today NOBODY as returned a call. I have called and asked to talk to a supervisor and I was told twice she was in a meeting and once that she was gone for the day. The people we have dealt with is Sofane sp? and I talked with a Fendi and a Charity. It is now 2 weeks into this and hopefully today after calling and having yet another conversation with Sofane we will get the correct ends shipped. He has promised to ship them overnight. I guess we just wait and see. I have never in my life seen or experience such POOR Customer Service and I was down right lied to. I was told we didn't get a call back because this is your busy season and everyone is way to busy. WOW! NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! My problem is your crappy product. And the way I look at it I should have been 1st in line and this should have been taken care of in a more timely manner. What happened to the customer is always right. I will never suggest this product to anyone and will be calling the store where I purchaed this and let them know just how we were treated. I'm sure all this typing will never go anywhere put if it does please feel free to give me a call regarding this. And I will be contacting the Revdex.com to let them know also. PS I forgot to mention one last problem with your quality control we had an extra top round pipe in our box so somewhere out there, there is another person with missing parts.Desired Settlement: I would like the 50$ dollars they owe us for the bolts I had to buy and the correct ends to the 800.00 shleter I bought.

We purchased a ShelterLogic building because it fit into our budget. It was a disappointment from the beginning. The sales rep did her job, just to bad she wasn't updated as to the current models available. We were sold a product that had been changed, we were told that this building was good for over 100mph winds and 40lb per sq ft snow load. The product was dropped at your home in a pile. which was later to be found damaged. The delivery person signed for the delivery and then lied and said that that the neighbor had signed for it. Which is a lie! and the problems began. The tarp was damaged, pieces were missing. All was replaced but now we are into this 4 months and still do not have what we need to finish it. They sent the rest of the parts, not knocking the sales person what-so-ever, but now we go to put it all together and we have a tarp that isn't cut right for the building. and winter time is here, 7 months later the bldg. holds up to the snow, but as far as the wind goes we have everything we own parked on it holding it down instead of on the inside where we want it. Because the wind is tearing the end caps apart, because of so much loose material without any support. We called for tech support they don't have a clue how to fix the problem, they said to cut the end pieces to make them fit. We said come and get the building and give us a refund or send someone out to fix it. We were told "we can't do that". So we are left to try to salvage this project on our own. We would not recommend this company to anyone what so ever. There are several other building company's in the area we would recommend. The price fit into our budget, just remember you get what you pay for.
Review: On March 30th, 2013, I purchased a [redacted].Product has not performed well as the portable garage collapsed during its first winter. I am disappointed because I purchased two ShelterLogic portable garages, one of the shelters survived winter just fine, however the one in question collapsed and damaged the goods I had stored inside.Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a replacement of the [redacted] as I still need a shelter to store my things.

[redacted],
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your shelter. Life expectancy of our product will vary depending on location, application and the physical elements it's exposed to. We reviewed your warranty claim and found that your shelter was beyond the warranty period. Since we value you as a customer, we did offer you a discount of 10% on a replacement shelter. In addition, we did have further conversation with you and discussed other shelter options to meet your needs. During that conversation, we did offer you a discount of 30% off a replacement shelter.
If you would like to purchase a shelter with this discount or have any additional questions, please contact us directly.
Sincerely, [redacted], Customer Service
