Shelter Pet Partners' president Mary Kay is illegally withholding a cat from it's rightful owner and attempting to sell him to someone else under the guise of an "adoption". Not only that, but she also threatened me personally and I had to forward information to my attorney about this. What kind of a rescue does this sort of thing?
