seeking reimbursement for her medical bills, so she rejected the offerMr*** counter offered $which was the total medical bills incurredMs*** agreed to a Bodily Injury settlement for this amount
To date, we are waiting on Ms*** to sign and return the releaseMr*** talked to Ms*** again on September 11, She advised they had not received the formsThat same day, MrRichardson emailed another release to Ms***Joel advised he would call Ms*** to make sure she received the forms and answer any question she may haveShelter will issue a check once we receive the signed release
