MrTom/ [redacted] , Tip Top Paving, provided an agreement on 10/13/to my sweetheart to blacktop/seal his driveway for $1500.00; a deposit was taken for $(by check) and we have never seen him since The "short version" of the story is that after a few attempts to nail down a date to do the work, and phone call returns from him, he has never followed up with anything but excuses Any dates set to do the work resulted in a "no show no call" on the day planned for the work Messages have been left and we have asked him to return the $immediately however we have never heard from him again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.......given our other details, we believe him to be dishonest and only scamming people especially someone who is elderly and unfamiliar with work contracts/miscThank you 11/13/ Bonnie and Joe

The "short version" of the story is that after a few attempts to nail down a date to do the work, and 2 phone call returns from him, he has never followed up with anything but excuses. Any dates set to do the work resulted in a "no show no call" on the day planned for the work. Messages have been left and we have asked him to return the $800.00 immediately however we have never heard from him again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.......given our other details, we believe him to be dishonest and only scamming people especially someone who is elderly and unfamiliar with work contracts/misc.
