Shell XtraMart

I frequent XtraMart a lot! At the register, they have individually wrapped cookies, that I love. I grabbed one that was labeled "Salted Caramel" and went off to work. When I unwrapped and ate the cookie, I discovered that it was a white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie, with salt. When I next went in to XtraMart, I made them aware that I thought they had mislabeled the cookies. They told me no, that the salted caramel cookies had nuts in them. Now, I don't have a nut allergy, but just imagine if you did and grabbed a cookie that was clearly labeled"salted caramel.". No mention of nuts, no ingredients list. Every time I go in the store, I check the cookies and nothing has changed. Nothing that is individually wrapped and by the register has an ingredient list on it, and this could be detrimental to someone with severe allergies!

Review: Ordered Marlboro Menthol, received Marlboro Gold Pack; Refused to exchange cigarettes upon returning. Everyday customer for the last three years.

Our return policy is that returns can be made at the time of the sale or for un opened product and or with a receipt. Customer left the property and returned at another time. and product had been opened. The cashier on duty did know that the sale had happened at our location. Cashier on duty did not know that customer was a regular, but also had no proof merchandise had been bought there.
