I went to the location on Cedar Rd in South Euclid, Oh as is my habit every morning to get ice. The worker there was extremely rude and respectful to me and reprimanded me after I said good morning and took me that I couldn't take 3 straws! I have never been treated with such disrespect. I sent an email to the corporate office and I called. The operator said that she would have a manager call me. This was at 11:30am! I am sending a review because many of the workers there are flat out nasty and they seemed to be irritated whenever you go in. This lady just took it too far. I think there should be a sign posted for how many straws one should be allowed to take some in her opinion 3 was too many. I am so frustrated with them. I walk around advertsing their business with my cup that I can get free ice in, which the ice machine is broke half the time anyway and I was treated with total disrespect. I am used to them being nasty, but the disrespectful nasty behavior was just too much for me to handle, especially after receiving some less than positive news from my doctor yesterday.
