Mantis warrants its tillers for years against manufacturers' defectsIn this case, the dealer determined that the problem was not due to a defect but rather to improper maintenanceThat is not a warranty issueWe would be happy to re-evaluate the unit in our facility if the customer will send it in to usOtherwise, we have to honor our dealer's assessment of the problem

the dealer's assessment is telling me proper fuel mix was used bearing went bad. According to the dealer, they sent their assessment and pictures to distributor in winston salem, nc which denies claim

I do not have the original claim since it did not make it to us. It stopped at the distributor level. I have contacted the distributor who will discuss with his dealer. As soon as I get further information, I will advise. For now, we would like to pick up the tiller and bring it back to our facility. We will fix it for the customer.
