Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The information that was given to was and incorrect, the night at shell shack there was a a incident that occurred in which I gave account of the very first day that I called the corporate officeAs well when the store manager called I did not hang up on him, he stated to me " As I can remember I covered half the bill and gave y'all a desert" I then told him he was incorrect and I wanted to speak with [redacted] because thats who I was promised a call back and which he never has bothered to call me back at all in regards to this particular situationI just find it it o be very terrible customer service for [redacted] not to return my call, he is a store owner it would have been polite to reach out to me in regards to the matter Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Lets start with the fact you stated you have a video which I'm so pleased that you said I NOT once cursed at the first waitress we had in which I had no issue with her, when I complained to the 2nd waitress that hadHer mother who was sitting beside us got very upset and confrontational with us because that in fact was her daughterSo yes I did curse back her and I advised the young lady I spoke with when I first called the corporate officeNow back to the video, if im lying about the complaint that you are sayingThen on the video you can see the first time I asked for a manager we never got him I had to get up from the table after waiting and find him myself, you see how long we sat there, you see how many times are food was remadeI never once said I was going to physical harm your staff not one single time so for you to make that type of accusation I would hope that you are able to provide the full video from start to finishWhen [redacted] called me it was after several times of calling corporate and I felt as if he was being sarcastic and yes I did tell him I wanted to speak with the owner, that's not being rudeWhat is most upsetting is that after you responding several times you have not yet taken accountability for the night and the mistakes that where made, I'm a business owner myself and I would never act to busy for a customer who is complaining Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry you are rejecting the response I have locations an I have managers that work for me that handle complaints Again as I stated before, we have video of the incident and what you stated is not true You were very confrontational and used heavy profanity You threatened physical harm Then when you called the corporate office, you were rude and disrespectful to my staff, making idle threats, and using profanity When you talked to my district manager you were rude, and used profanity, and then refused to talk with *** He even explained that he was the person to handle complaints and you used profanity at him We will not have any person talk to staff, or customers this way, nor will we coward to threats

Customer was not happy with her service Manager apologized, remade the whole table's food, and assigned a new server All customers were happy when they left the location Customer called corporate office several times threatening to come to the office and bring the news with her
so that no-one would ever eat Shell Shack again Customer hung up on district manager when he called her to discuss the situation Please see corporate office notes and district manager notes attached. *** ***
