Review: I purchased 5 quarts of Pennzoil motor oil in North Dakota on 8-25-13 in response to an advertisement of a $10 rebate on that purchase. The rebate submission was subsequently ruled to be invalid by Shell Oil's fulfillment affiliate because of "Not purchased at correct store" and has not been honored.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive the $10 that was stated in the original advertised offer.
