Shell Gas Station

1/9/2020 I went to the Shell Gas Station like normal for gas. 1/12/2020 I noticed a discrepancy in my checking account. I called my bank 1/13/2020 to discuss the issue and they found that two authorizations had been done on my account. One for $1 and a second for $85. My gas amount of $20.02 debited my account, but the $85 never released. According to my bank the Shell Station did not have an adjustment or release date on it. I called the Shell Station and after 2 calls, I did a conference call with them on the line with my bank, which Shell still declined to do the adjustment for the release stating my bank had to release it. My bank tried everything to release the funds but could not. I then went to the actual location and spoke with the attendant and was told to come back to speak with the manager. I did speak with her and she said that they were not responsible, that it was again the responsibility of the bank because they did not own the pumps. The attendant also stated it may release by the end of the month. Fast forward to 2/19/2020, I called my bank and the funds did release. I told the representative that the funds never came back into my account. She stated it was too far back for her to tell where it released to. She stated that after the transaction went through the funds go back to your account. I told her again that it did not. I told her again what happened above and she stated that they could not give me funds back that they don't see. I want to know where is my $85 from the second authorization. I did notice that right after the issue happened pump one was shut down for a few days. Something was wrong with that pump. I no longer use my card at the pump since this issue happened.
