Review: I am a 68 year old female and I am getting forgetful. This has happened to me twice first 2/28/13 I stopped to put gas and I both a diet coke I walked out and I got in the car and forgot to pump the gas. So after work I went back to the station and told me what happened. I was told there was nothing they can do.The other time it was4/17/13. I had 19 miles of gas and I stopped to gas up. I went inside I told the clerk I wanted #30.00 of gas and I bought a banana and a small package of donuts. Again I got in the car and forgot to gas up. I quickly made a U Turn and went to the gas station, I told them I forgot to gas up. The clerk gets the manager and they both said there is nothing we can do. I told them come outside and look at the car it shows that I only have 19 miles of gas. All they kept saying was there is nothing we can do. I called the bank immediately, bank said there was something they could have done, REVERSE THE CHARGE, but they refused.It this happened for the second time , I am old and forgetfull I wanted to complain to some one. The first charge was $50.00 and the second charge was $30.00Please help me.Thank You,[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund and perhap fire those ladies since they are probably pocking the money.
