Shell Circle K

There were 6-8 people smoking out side, when I got inside, it was extremely filthy.. I wanted to buy a soda as well, however every thing was empty (no cups) ...trash was on the floor... when I engaged your clerk... he shrugged is shoulders and remarked... tough st... aren't you honoring King soopers? ... are you a trash mart?... that attendant didn't seem to mind that it was sticky and filthy... tough st,I guess...you su*k, I will never go there again even if it's in the neighborhood... you su*k

Pre-paid fuel on wrong pump, and manager refused to give me a refund. Called corporate several times and no response.Pre-paid for gas on 02/23 of $25 (Tran#XXXXX)time 10:21 a.m., noticed the $25 was surpassed that dollar amount and went to $32.59. I went back in to the gas station to pay for the extra gas I used, the attendant explained it was pre-paid on the wrong pump. She said I was to be refunded for the original transaction #XXXXX and I paid $32.59 for the gas I actually used (Trans# XXXXX). When I noticed I had not been refunded I called and spoke with the manager ([redacted]) and she didn't quite understand what happened. I copied both receipts and brought them in on 02/28 to show her I was charged for gas twice and just wanted the $25 owed to me. She was cooperative at first and then she refused to refund my money because of an unrelated situation that happened with my 67 year old mother 4 days later (who was accused of stealing $57.00 worth of gas when she drives a [redacted] cops had to be called a proved the attendant wrong. I have both original receipts and have been refunded by my credit union, however I feel that it is bad business practice NOT to do what is right. Not sure exactly what business practices they teach at Shell/Circle K but I will make sure EVERYONE I know will hear this and my mother's story. Desired SettlementI would like my credit union to be refunded the monies that they had to refund me on behalf of Circle K.
