We found self genie at a home show in Sandy Utah. I made an appointment at the show with someone from their sales team. I told him the location of my home and that it was over an hour away. He said it was fine and booked the appointment. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve been waiting patiently. Well, tonight, with my appointment scheduled tomorrow morning, I got a text about my appointment asking if they could push it down an hour. I let them know that it is fine and when I gave them my address they said I am too far out of their area. I’m surprised they wouldn’t go a little farther for a customer, especially when I was told they would. I have two different homes in need of cabinet shelving, one just 20 minutes away and then the other one 1 hour away. They didn’t want my business, because they weren’t interested in coming to either of my homes. They should honor the appointment since I let them know upfront of my locations. Very disappointing.

Arrived, took measurements, demonstrated product variability, exactly as promised in initial phone call. When shelves were ready to install, that was done on time, expertly (the manager himself installed ours), all for the price quoted. We made a few minor changes but everything went together well, with no additional cost issues. I definitely would use Shelf Genie should the need ever arise.
