I have a home in Plant City Florida and was at the Florida State Fair where we met the sales rep, Jim W [redacted] who was very informative and thoroughWe made a date for him to come to the house and make recommendations and he was very nice and showed us how we could save money and still get all we neededHe was not like a car salesman who gave us any pressureWe went ahead with the arrangement and didn't even need to be there for the insulationThe installer was equally pleasant and informative and very professionalWe spoke over the phone as we were not in Florida and when we got back there was no mess and all looked wonderfulI have more storage space than I could've dreamedI am ever so grateful and would recommend to anyone
