the owner is very rude and smugI called to get an ETA on a job I sent to himHe told me the tech would be on site in hrI called hr later and he was so rude saying " I know what I am doing, you need to clam down and not bug me we will get there when we get there" THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !! As a paying customer I should be treated with respect! I do not recommend them at all !!
