the owner is very rude and smug. I called to get an ETA on a job I sent to him. He told me the tech would be on site in 1 hr. I called 1 hr later and he was so rude saying " I know what I am doing, you need to clam down and not bug me we will get there when we get there" THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !! As a paying customer I should be treated with respect! I do not recommend them at all !!

The man I talked to over the phone, who was actually the owner, acted unbelievably arrogant because I was looking for a product he had never heard of before. The receptionist, however, was very nice. [redacted] in Longview was SO MUCH more helpful and had access to the product I needed!!
