This is Advanced Disposal and we purchased Shelbyville Disposal on Sept of this yearWith the purchase of the company, it was a holiday weekWe were given limited time to get everything in process and moving efficientlyWe had to get all the information to run routes with what we hope was good
information given to us from Shelbyville DisposalI am showing this customer is in the systemShe is set up for pick up on Wednesdays and is charged $a monthWe do not have any records where they called us about the issue, they could definitely have called Shelbyville Disposal in the pastI will reach out to herWe don’t ever tell customers that we are down or out help and we do not yell or scream at our customers, we maintain a respectful atmosphere as we would not be in business without our customersI do not Shelbyville Disposal had a bad reputation for bad record keeping, not very good business or customer serviceWe are working diligently to make sure our customers are happyWe have also assumed Shelbyville’s phone number and they are rolling the number into our office

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My complaint was never with Advanced Disposal. My complaint was entirely with Shelbyville Disposal. The incident that last incident that happened was days prior to the sale and Shelbyville Disposal chose not to service some of their customers (as they did often. None of my communications with Shelbyville Disposal did they indicate that the comany was being sold. My experience with *** *** so far has been positive and they have worked very hard to correct the past issues with Shelbyville Disposal. Again, I have no issues with *** ***
