I was misquoted for insurance coverage and it cost be $240.
I went in for a check-up on and the dentist wanted to make a follow up appointment with a specialist. I spoke with their staff and they said that my insurance could cover 80% of the follow-up fee. After the appointment on April 18, 2013, my insurance mailed me a check that only covered $17.60 of the $240.00 fee.

I called Serenity Dental Spa every two weeks for about three months trying to get a hold of [redacted], the person who gave me that quote. I finally got a call back and he said that the 80% coverage quote was just an estimate and it turns out my insurance wouldn't cover that much. So now I have to deal with a charge of $222.40 when it should have only been $48 due to the misquote.
