Spirit Broadband has a monopoly in our areaThe cable is inferiorThe channels are so snowy you cannot watchA few "buzz"The cable has not been good since the ice storm of last year and recently has become so bad you cannot see anythingI have called twice lately with no response from serviceBroadband is not keeping up their end of the bargainWe and other customers pay our bill month after month and Spirit broadband is not providing servicesThe cable has been out in the past weeks at a time but do they ever give us a discount on our monthly bill? NO! So many people I know have switched to Dish or Direct TV but some of us don't want to do that

I have been a customer of Spirit Broadband for around 5 years and if I had a chance to switch to a new carrier I would.. just don't have any other options at the moment. it is a daily that the signal is lost for the cable some times minutes, some time hours, and a few times over 24 hours.. you can call a leave a message because you can never get through to a real person and they never get back with you.. as far a the internet we had that and it was simply the worst very slow and always losing the signal for hours and days at a time
was able to replace the net with another company that is wonderful, faster speed, better connection. but still stuck with the cable for TV

it sucked before and it sucks now
was to have an install on mon. no show no call,then told it would be the next mon because of major outage , Tech. come today Thur. disconnects Dish but cannot get cable to work says he needs to check on something never returns,call service,no response now 8pm. and no tv no response from installer or supposed "on call" tech
Not a happy camper would not recommend

I live in the western end of Cumberland County, TN and internet options are limited. I switched over to Spirit 6 weeks ago and am delighted with the company. zThere have been a few technical glitches but these issues were quickly resolved and their customer service was polite and concerned. I realize they have had issues in the past and will have them in the future, that's a part of life but this small business has heart and I like being a person instead of an acct. number.
