of imported benches. Unfortunately, not the Concerto Artist bench. Gary has decided to no longer carry these. This was just as much a surprise to me as I am sure it is to you.I am terribly sorry for the miscommunication. We do not expect to receive any more of these in the future." Mr. [redacted] will of course receive a full refund. As it works out, it is probably best he never received this bench. For use in a Church, with repeated up/down adjustments made by every pianist, this bench would not have lasted very long before issues would have occurred, as the piano bench is intended for home use. Had we known this bench was to be used in a Church, I would have intervened and suggested a more sturdy alternative. I hope this will resolve the issue.
