I purchased a Nissan Altima that was sold to me for $15,My interest rate is 22.75% but for some reason I'm being charged 11,for interestWhich, once added up is more towards 70%+ of what the car is worth instead of the 22.75% rate that I was toldI feel ripped offI called the person that sold the car to me and the person hung up the phone in my earI expressed concerns to that persons manager and the only thing that was said was "I need you to send me people." I tried to contact the owner about my issue and after being transferred the owner never picked up the phoneI was lied to about being able to get in a lender by the saler during the time of getting my car worked onAnd not to mention I have new hard inquiries on my credit due to them contacting multiple banks without my approval or notice that it would be applied to my creditI'm just over all hurt by the way this company has manipulated me and would hate for anyone else to go through this

I purchased a pair of moccasins and a pair of Mukluks both a size 8. One pair fit and the other was too small. I tried to contact the company for an exchange or refund by phone and the voice mail was full( Dec. 28-2015). I then emailed them them the same day and a reply came the next day after I emailed a second time. I was issued a return authorization number and an address to mail ship post, not UPS. I also was told when filling out the custom docs to put CAD made goods being returned. I sent the package on[redacted] through the post office at a cost of[redacted]. The return authorization number was on the customs doc, the outside of the box and on a sheet of paper inside the box. On Feb 2, 2016 I emailed again asking if they received the package, I got no response. The next day I tried calling on the phone and just like my attempt in December, the phone message box was full. On Feb. 3rd I sent another email asking them to contact me. When I went to the post office the same day, the package with the boots I sent in December were returned to me. The package had gone through customs and two attempts to deliver the package were denied. So here I am with boots that don't fit, I'm out [redacted] Canadian money and [redacted] US for shipping the return package. I still haven't heard from Sheepskin and Things, I doubt I will. I would not buy from this company again. Their customer service needs a lot of work.
