Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response to ref #ID [redacted] , and did receive a call from Parkell Products on this matter they would give us a discount on any further purchase but we do not agree on this resolution cause we were told we would get refund two different times from there repsbut are not going to pursue furtherThank you so much for getting there attention on a matter that we were not able to get acrossWe have been doing business with them for more then years and buying the same product and never had this problem Sincerely, [redacted]

Issue:• ** *** a long time Parkell user returned catalyst ***s*** was clogged (user error) and the 2nd *** was leaking.Solution:• We fixed the clogged ***, resent the *** to ** *** along with unclogging instructions for future reference. • The 2nd *** was
25% full, meaning 75% was already usedWe were unable to determine if the leak was caused due to mishandling of the product or if it was a manufacturers errorWe replaced the *** free of charge.** *** claims that he was promised a credit note seeing that he bought ***s prior to returning the faulty ***s.Our policy is not to offer credit until we have inspected the productWe feel that we satisfied DrR*** regardless of his complaint to Revdex.com
