I bought a car from [redacted] on April 20, Prior to going to the dealership, I spoke with my bank about purchasing and was already preapprovedI went to the dealership and told them that I was going through my bank, [redacted] ***We proceeded with the deal and I signed the papersIt came back that I was getting a different interest rate than my bank had originally quotedI signed the papers anyways and said I would call my bankIt wasn't that much of a difference and I did call my bankI got a call the day after purchasing the car, from the finance person I dealt with the day before, he said since they gave me a different interest rate, I needed to come back in and sign the papers with the adjusted interest rateI did About a week afterwards, I checked my credit to see if the new loan had been added yet, and to my surprise, my credit had four new hard InquiriesOne was on the 20th for my bank and then another companyThen on the 21st, after I had al

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] First, I have NOT received any reimbursement as yet I have been told that it was sent on 5/but it still has not made it to my [redacted] *** Then there is still a question about the [redacted] refund of the IN CABIN AIR FILTER that was supposed to have been installed in my vehicle on but was not there when I installed the one I bought two weeks ago I was told by MsA [redacted] on that it was going to be refunded but I learned today that they were still discussing this Wayne Carter
As stated earlier , we never agreed to ship the vehicle as Mr [redacted] arranged his own transportation which is always the case if a customer doesn't take delivery at the dealershipAfter repeated request for payment for items that were not necessary for state inspection in [redacted] and in order to move on , I will issue a check for $to close this case The following is the breakdown.$Repairs requested and additional work done above the $inspection bill$Repairs authorized including $goodwill-$underpayment of taxes$balance to customerI hope that this satisfies Mr [redacted] and we all can move on.Sincerely, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It was made very clear to me that any issues with the performance of the vehicle needed to be addressed within three days after purchaseThose days, while the vehicle were in the care of the seller, were specifically directed to address mechanical issues with the vehicle which were performed unsatisfactorily, as expressed in the e-mail communication dated 4/to Brian Hepburn and Richard HigginsAs a simple transmission flush and fill were beyond the capabilities of your service staff, we had no option but to enlist the services of a shop that specializes in the vehicle make and model that we purchasedIt was from this shop that we learned about the diagnostic work that was performed on the same vehicle at the seller's request one month prior to our purchasing the vehicleAs the seller, you were aware of the significant mechanical shortcomings of the vehicleThat fact was not disclosed to us when we purchased the vehicle and at any time was any effort made to make us aware of that verifiable factIt is with this that I ask reimbursement for the repair cost of the vehicle's transmissionCost that I would not have otherwise incurred had I been aware of that fact when we first looked at the vehicle Regards, [redacted]
I purchased a [redacted] from Sheehy Used Cars on January 6, At the time the car had milesIt was recently discovered by another dealership that the vehicle had been in an accident prior to being sold to me, which was not disclosed at the time of saleFollowing the accident, the car was not repaired in a professional manner, including the air bag not being replaced/installed properly, causing a safety issue preventing it from passing state inspectionOn December & on December 11, I called Sheehy and explained the situation and neither person I spoke with was professional and made it clear Sheehy took no responsibility for the situation I was inBoth representatives said a manager w***d call me and I have never received a call or email back from SheehyBecause of the condition of the car and the uncertainty of issues resulting from the accident, and needing to make the decision whether to repair or replace, I decided to trade in the carThe accident an

I took my Nissan [redacted] to Sheehy Nissan of Mechanicsville in part for an issue with the vehicle that sounded like a hiccough when driving or idlingIn addressing that issue, in part a tune up was done in which the spark plugs were changedWhen I got the vehicle back on April 12, 2017, there was a shaking that had not been there beforeI ignored it as the entire process of dealing with the matter was such that I did not want to ever go back againThen the hiccoughing sort of issue returned, only worseI just left it sit mostly, not wanting to go through the mess againI finally took the vehicle to [redacted] in Mechanicsville, VA The check engine light had come on, necessitating a computer analysis of the issueIt was for "knocking sensor" The spark plugs were taken out and examined one by one, the mechanic checking for a cracked oneThere were noneThe culprit was a spark plug in the hardest to reach area that had not been changed at all!!! It was saved for meIt had prolific rust and corrosion, the gap was easily twice, perhaps more of what it should have beenI find no excusable or understandable reason for such negligence
