Hello I am sending this email because I ordered a product from Shedfat.com on November 13,2019, the order number is ***. I was told that I would recieve updated text message or email regarding the tracking of my product, I recieved one text message stating that my order was completed. I have since checked my bank account and the company has recieved their money but it is now November 22,2019 and I havent seen my product or heard anything from the company. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via email but I have not recieved a response, I even attempted to track my package using the order number provided in the confirmation letter but that too was unsuccessful.

I placed an order for some supplements and the order was lost in transit. Per Shed Fats policy, "If the package is lost or damaged within transit, package will be reshipped at no additional cost but will not be refunded." After several email conversations, they will still not provide an answer but keep referencing the tracking information. I took the necessary steps with the *** and was told that package could not be located. It's not the *** responsibility to reimburse me because it was not insured. There's not an option on the order form to get insurance. The policy clearly states if lost or damaged within transit, package will be reshipped.
