On March 2 2013 approximately 5:07pm I called waffle to place an order for pick up. My order was for a Texas cheese steak melt on cinnamon raisin toast also three cheese scrambled eggs and grits with cheese probably about 20 to 30 minutes later I picked my food up. once returning home with my food I began to eat it to find that waffle house had put pork on my food and I am allergic to pork it wasn't until I had already actually bitten the food to notice it. I contacted waffle house back at 6:00pm and informed them of their mistake the cook was very rude and told me to just take it off and why I can't just do that. I told him that it wouldn't make a difference because it's been cooked with the food so he said well dang just bring it back and we will remake your food. I told him that wouldn't actually be able to come right back because I already had a prior engagement so I would come after wards. At 11:10pm I contacted waffle house to let someone know that I was on my way in and to remake the order the person that answered the phone placed me on hold then came back to the phone and hung it up on me. So began to make my way into the waffle house with the food in hand fortunately there was a woman there from earlier when I initially order my food and she remembered who I was. But at this point I just wanted my money back I was told that they were unable to do this only a manager could handle refunds. She gave me her name the managers name and number and told me to call the next day and I did so. When I called the manager she told me that she wouldn't process my refund and became rude so I asked for the number to corporate. I contacted the number she gave me and it was the wrong number so I then had to call her back to receive the correct number to call. I called this new number and reported the complaint and was told my refund had been requested and someone in upper management with contact me.I received this call from a woman Kathy Fischer who was also rude refused to refund me and hung up cont.....
