This customer purchased a new Carrier Infinity System for his home on June 19, Attached is a copy of our contract which he signedAs you can see he initialed what he was accepting on our proposal which was the initial
investment of $ 9,069.00, $for an Infinity Air Purifier and $ Tor a Large By-Pass Humidifier which made his total contract amount of $ 10,As you can also see this customer was offered a ten (10) year parts and labor warranty at initially $and then our salesman offered him a reduced amount for the warranty of $ which was initialed by our salesman (TM) and not accepted by the customerWe have also attached a signed funding Transaction Slip which reflects the Total cash sale price of $ 10,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As previously stated and shown, we have a 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty that Crawford/Shearer honored the sixth year when the compressor failed for the second time. This year the compressor needed replaced again and [redacted], President said they would no longer honor our 10 year labor warranty.
I still have the other two contract proposals by [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] where both prices were almost the same as Crawford/Shearer which included 10 year parts and 10 year labor. I had showed both proposals to [redacted] and then signed the contract to include the 10 year parts and 10 year labor with his proposal as well. The contract was executed by him and me to include 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty.
Should you need to see a copy of our contract with the initialed area of dispute for the inclusion of the warranty as well as the other two proposals showing the exact same equipment and warranties, I will make copies of everything and send them to you.
