Customer purchased a groupon for a balayage, deep conditioning and haircut for the price of 60$ for her daughter. Customer was informed of the additional charge of 30$ due to the thickness of her daughters hair. The...
daughter and mother both agreed before the service began. After the service pictures were taken and daughter stated she liked her hair. Customer returned 5 minutes after leaving stating she would like it to be darker because she thought the color was too light for her complexion. Prior to service the daughter showed a picture of [redacted] stating she wanted the same hair. Although the color given was the same as the photo shown the daughter stated she thought it looked better on [redacted] because she had a lighter skin tone. Stylist darkened the hair with no fee. The next day customer called stating she wanted a refund because details about extra charges were not clear on groupon site. Although she agreed to extra charge prior to service, she was sent a refund check of 30$ Groupon was contacted to give her a refund of 60$
Review: Ive been ripped off and disappointed by bad business behavior, by this salon I want a refund for the services that my daughter was given, The hair job was awful her hair is orange and I purchased a groupon, and was charged extra when no extra services was given. The owner [redacted] lied to me and my daughter, she did a horrible hair job, told me she([redacted] the owner) would send the refund and still has not.I don't have any choice excepet to complain to the costmetoligist licence department about her actions and maybe even sue if I don't receive my money in full. I am a Frustrated customer that has had a really bad experiences with this business I will never recommend Style Shears to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like my money of 90.00 refuned in full
