When Miss *** came into the salon asking for her money back because she bought a bottle of it's a that had " Sample not for retail", I told her I would be more then happy to return her money if she would return my productshe at
that time said no she wanted to keep the product but also wanted her money back, I at that time shared it was something the manufacture had given to me and I did not wish to " give " it to her, she then said fine I will complain to the companyI believe it is my decision 'who" I want to give product to
I Still will be more then happy to return ***'s money
Later I realized I had actually purchased the samples at the Spring Hair show and that product had cost me moneyI have now taken them off my shelf and will donate the itemsIt was my mistake to put them on the shelfI look forward to your direction on where to send the returned money to
Also for the record, the previous letters you have attempted to send were not to my correct address, so I never received them and I am not aware of receiving any previous phone calls from youI have also called your office to discuss this matter with you and I am waiting for a returned call from you

The Sample product that I purchased after myself and my cousin spent almost $in her salon that day had The price tag over the bold letters "Sample not for resale" the only way I will accept is a full refund of the product
