We built a home with Baywest homes in on Ranchers Rise, Okotoks We spent a lot of time going through the details on the plans revising and re-revising All questions were answered clearly and in detail where necessary The build overall went quite smoothly We had a couple of issues with trade errors that were rectified quickly We questioned a pricing charge on an upgrade and they reviewed and even refunded the difference I was most impressed with their willingness to listen and respond They were not impatient and valued our feedback Both my spouse and I are in the industry so are very familiar with the build process We were very pleased overall with the treatment we received and the product when we took possession It is good to also note that we had only very minor deficiencies when we took possession which were also dealt with quickly Would highly recommend Baywest
