We have received your complaint #*** regarding your Ketofit account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on January 16th, 2020. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you placed the order for our 7-bottle bundle for the reduced amount of $244.79. Which instead of paying the regular price of $69.99 each for the Ketofit you paid $34.97 buy 4 get 3 free, and this billing modal does not come with any recurring shipments or billing. With this however all sales are final. This product also is not offered for a trial it is only sold in bundle packages.

We received a call from you on January 16th, 2020 the same day the order is placed for a cancellation but there are no recurring charges on this so there is nothing to cancel. We are unable to cancel orders to fulfillment they are sent there right away for processing, so customers receive their products quickly.
As a courtesy we have refunded the #244.79 Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect into your account.
