Review: I opened an account with this business approximately one year ago when I sent dresses, shoes and an expensive peignoir to consignment. I heard nothing about any sales. When I went in to check, I was told that they had sold nothing and that my items had been donated to charity. I was never informed in any manner that they were going to "donate" my belongings. IF they did not sell anything, I feel that they had a responsibility to call me BEFORE donating anything. They do not own the items (it is consignment). Additionally, I would have made the decision to donate to whichever charity I chose and take the donation off my taxes.Desired Settlement: I would like some response from the shop. How do I know they did not sell any of my items? Are they doing this to other customers? If so, do customers realize their rights here?
