failure to reimburse for lost dentures that were new while my mother was in the facility.

my mother, margaret [redacted], went into sherwood healthcare center, 4700 elvas ave, sacramento in mid march 2012. by the end of april 2012, they had lost both of her dentures (upper and lower). the lower dentures were new and cost $1,580.00 and we requested reimbursement for this expense since the facility had lost the dentures. my mother was not capable of putting in or taking out the lower dentures by herself. I have sent several letters to the administrator ([redacted]) and the owner ([redacted]) requesting reimbursement for the lower dentures. todate I have not received a response from either indivdual. a respnse would have been appreciated even if they were not going to reimburse for the dentures. I would like to be reimbursed for the loss of the dentures.
