Shaztec, Inc.

Review: We had 2 orders with Shaztec Inc. The 1st order was delivered with an incorrect item that did not match our purchase order with Shaztec. We also incurred significant additional shipping cost due to the weight of the wrong item shipped. We offered to return the incorrect item, but since it is through no fault of our own, we requested Shaztec to pay for the return shipping. To this date they have not done so, nor responded to my many calls and emails. This order was paid in full and we incurred extra shipping costs.I have a second unrelated order, which was paid for in advance which Shaztec is unable to fill. They have refused to refund our money, $500, citing the non return of the item referenced above. At this point, we are sitting with an incorrect product, as mentioned above, and we are out $500 for the 2nd order which was paid for and not delivered.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of $500 and shipping arrangements paid by Shaztec so that we can return the incorrect merchandise shipped to us.
