I had a Tenth Mountain Army patch placed on my right arm, I payed the amount requested and now have a fadeded blotchy patch. I asked about having the job finished and the artist kept saying it would get done at a later time. When confronted with a more aggressive request the artist flat out refused to finish the work. I now have to pay some one else to complete this work, I hope they can straighten out the borders as well. I feel like I'm discracing the light fighters every time I look at it.
