Review: I intalled an app from Shazam.A product to identify songs you hear so you know who sings them.Since then my new cell phone and home PC does not work correctly. I have to take my phone back to the cell carrier to be reset.I was locked out of my [redacted] account and was able to get that problem resolved. I have tried to contact this company, but get no response. I would like there product removed from my systems. They have my email as [redacted] or [redacted] since they apparently do not know what they were doing. Should have been a warning to me. Can you please help with this problem? Review: Twice I requested support from Shazam. I provided them will all the detailed data they requested. Twice customers service representative [redacted] ([redacted]) has not understood my issue.

Unfortunately, we do not have enough information in order to help you. Are you experiencing problems? If so, can you elaborate a little more on the problem(s) you are experiencing? Are you getting any specific error messages? Are you able to provide screenshots?
Please ensure you have the latest version of our app and have tried our service over both 3G and WiFi, if you have the option. It will also help us solve any issue you may be having if you could confirm which handset you use, which service provider you use and the country from which you are trying to access the service.

Shazam never bothered to resolve my original question. So I will try again. I DVR'ed White Collar," No Good Deed ,"Season 5 Episode 9 on USA Network on 12/**/2013. When I played back the episode, Shazam was able to tag the episode except it did not include the SYNC function. This is the function that allows the user to follow the behind the scenes trivia and photos of the episode while it's being played. In fact it's the most popular part of Shazam. So now I'm asking why Shazam did not include the SYNC function? Is there a web site where I can locate the behind the scenes SYNC trivia from White Collar," No Good Deed ,"Season 5 Episode 9?
I do hope your staff will assist me this time. Thank you in advance. :)Desired Settlement: Shazam needs to forward the case to someone who understands English and resolve the outstanding issue. Thank you.
