I deal with your parts dept on a regular basis since am a shop for approximately 5 years I have bought parts from the parts dept and I have to tell you the customer service skills are very bad I have to say it has only gotten worse they cut you off when your in the middle of explaining what you want, throw your call in to a hold queue with out even telling you and are extremely rude when some one else pick up the call I myself am in customer service ! and its frustrating when you as a sales rep recommend OEM parts and provide the ford company with money and revenue and are treated like garbage not happy with the parts dept at all !
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered]Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It is going to be another or weeks before the roof part on my Ford Escape can be repaired. I should not have been told by Shawnee Mission Ford to bring the vehicle in on 6/20/16. My vehicle is capable of driving. It would have been easier to trade for a new Ford Escape. This situation has lost my trust and respect for Ford
Service Director [redacted] contacted customer and scheduled appointment to review customers concern and inspect vehicle. Appointment was for Monday Nov. 14th at 8am. Customer did not show up for the appointment and has not contacted Mr. [redacted] to reschedule.
Service Director met with customer and explained Shawnee Mission Ford's commitment to customer satisfaction. We detailed the loaner vehicle he was driving and filled it with fuel. We apologized for the delays on receiving the back ordered roof for his vehicle. We updated him on the back order...
status from Ford. The part is scheduled to be released to us in 4-5 weeks. We offered customer additional assistance due to the delays. Customer seemed appreciative.
